Your equipment is valuable, do you take care of it? Your car gets it's oil changed, new filters, and a cleaning every now and then. What maintenance do you give your computer equipment?
Dust and dirt can slow, or stop fans, seal the grills where air flows into your case, build up on heatsinks and chipsets, coat USB contacts and floppy drive heads, and much more. So how often do you clean your computer equipment inside and out?
With an Ample maintenance agreement you don't have to, we do it for free once a year. This includes all covered items such as keyboards, monitors, CPUs, speakers, printers, scanners, and more.
In addition, a maintenance agreement is like an extended warranty on all your equipment.
We provide complete coverage for all your computer and telephone equipment including, but not limited to, workstations, servers, printers, telephones, KSUs, routers, switches, UPSs, and monitors. General exclusions include but are not limited to, lightning, viruses, spyware, flood, intentional damage, software errors or other acts of God.
Maintenance agreements can be purchased by the month, quarterly or yearly with a discount for longer terms paid up front. Each maintenance agreement comes with one free cleaning of all covered equipment per year. Shorter agreements do not include cleanings which may be purchased seperately.
Maintenance agreement customers also enjoy priority response on service calls and on in shop service, discounts on labor rates for non-covered calls, and loaner equipment should yours fail (certain conditions apply, subject to loaner availability).
Lastly, all maintenance customers have a complete binder in our office listing all equipment, purchase dates, warranty expiration dates, cleaning dates and copies of all workorders to provide a complete history of your equipment. |
